Experts now are …
Experts now are saying to take 2,000 IU to 4,000 IU of the D3 form of Vitamin D.

Humans (Whites in particular) make at least 10,000 units of vitamin D within 30 minutes of full body exposure to the sun.

Lethal levels of toxicity occur when you obtain 20,000 IU/kg of weight. Or for a 110 lb person to take roughly 100,000,000 IU of Vitamin D.

The current daily RDA for vitamin D (400-600 IU) is way
too low. The doctor (Jon LaPook) mentions taking too much
vitamin D can be harmful yet does not say at what levels
does it become toxic.
