Have you ever been diagnosed with supraventricular tachycardia or wolff parkinson white syndrome? Does your heart race when you are not exercising? Your heart rate should be no higher than 220 minus your age. That is when you are exercising. Depending on you age, your heart rate should be between 80 and 120 beats per minute (bpm).
There is usually a reason for palpitation. You should see a cardiologist.
Maneuvers for a racing heart (if that is what you have) are called vagal maneuvers which would be…headstand, submerging face in ice water, bearing down (like to have a bm), holding your breath, breathing through a straw or ice packs to the face and wrists. A headstand is the most effective.
You should defiantly cut out caffeine. But there are no vitamins that will help with this condition.

a pace maker. maybe drugs. this is a serious thing and you need to really be sure that the info you get is reliable. heart palpitions are very serious.

An EKG will not show anything, unless you are having symptoms. You need to see a cardiologist. They will probably put you on a heart monitor, so they can monitor your heart rhythm. The first thing the doctor will tell you, is to stop drinking cafeine. Cafeine, can definitley cause palps. Also, there are surgeries…like a pacemaker/defibulator that can help resolve the issue also. But, regardless you need to see and doctor and be monitored.

With Parallel Track Route (PTP), used on DVD-ROM, both layers begin in the within diameter (ID) and end in the outside diameter (OD) with the lead-out. With Opposite Track Path (OTP), used on many Digital Video Discs, the lower stratum starts on the ID as well as the upper stratum starts on the OD, where the other layer ends; they share one lead-in and a single lead-out. However, some DVDs also use a parallel track, such as individuals authored episodically, as inside disc with several separate episodes of the TV series—where a lot more frequently than not, the layer change is in-between titles and consequently would not have to be authored within the opposite track path fashion.
