Is extra creatine in your diet bad for your heart?

Posted by admin on Sep 30, 2009

Will taking a creatine supplement have any affect on my heart?

No, Different types of creatine are found in muscle, brain, and heart. High levels in blood may indicate heart attack, brain tissue damage, or skeletal muscle injury.

If you eat a healthy, well balanced diet you should not need a multivitamin, and you should never ever take a single vit or min supplement without direct orders from a doctor.
