I have LBBB and EF of 44% and take coreg2.5 two times a day and lisinopril 5 mg. once a day. I am 58 and no health problems except this that I just found out this april of 09. I would like to take the hawthorn but trying to find out how it would work for me, but i see it comes in tincture, elixer, syrup, pills... also some made with alcohol and some with other stuff. some have leaves and berries, some berries only. Gets confusing. I like liquids over pills as they get into the system quicker and you get more out of them. I don't know what to look for. I am leaning twards Dr. Christophers hawthorn syrup, and his garlic and cayanne as all as my heart tonic. Didn't say I would quit my medicine just yet though. My dr. knows NOTHIN about homeopathic medicine and dosn't
encourage it. Ugh.
anyone out there done alot of home work on this? I have but the more you read, the more I'm not sure which one to get.
I figured there would be a blog where people have tried many "brands" and have their favorites. Anyone help me.
I have 2 kids, 3 and 7 and a husband with a pacemaker that's 7 years younger than me. ( kids adopted at birth! what a blessing. Not related to each other or to us ) I'd like to be here awhile and stay healthy unless the Good Lord calls me home early reguardless.
But he gave me a brain and I need to use it.

God Bless and thank you.
