What is garlic used for as a natural supplement?

Posted by admin on Nov 2, 2009

they say it’s good for you heart is this true?

Garlic lowers blood pressure, helps being an anti fungal (yeast/Candida) and helps insulin do its job (put food in cells). That is all a good thing if you are a diabetic, however, if you have high insulin production, it may help you gain weight – if you overdo.

It is known to decrease blood pressure and make your blood a little thinner (less inclined to clot inside vessels) both of which are good for a healthy cardiovascular system.

If you have to have only one "vitamin" make it Garlic. I use Kyolic. Up the dosage for colds and the flu.
