Either way, what else do you expect from a movie based on a book written for Tweens?

If you wanna see good vampire movies, go watch movies like 30 Days of Night, Dracula, From Dusk Till Dawn, The Lost Boys (80’s not the sequel), Dracula: Dead and Loving It, Blade 1,3 (not 2).

Besides that I am not sure how you kill the sparkly vampires, just ignore it, the fad will die off on it’s own. I don’t know much about Twilight but I am guessing those vampires are not as gay as the ones from Interview with the Vampire, who are actually gay (although the author argues that her vampires have no defined sexuality, no idea why she fights it, male vampires in love and attracted to other male vampires makes them gay in my eyes. Nothing wrong with that).
