Is garlic good for the heart? If yes, which is better – eating raw garlic or cooked garlic?

Posted by admin on Aug 30, 2009

I was told by a friend to eat raw garlic that it’s good for the heart but it’s so hot that I can no longer withstand it. Can garlic also reduce blood pressure? Is mixed garlic and honey good for health?

Hi garlic is classed as an old fashion anti biotic it is good for all types of things the heart etc, but go to your supermarket and buy garlic capsules its not expensive its a lot easier than trying to eat fresh garlic also it will be in more concentrated form this way you wont be going around all day with terrible garlic breath , cheers

Yes, raw and cooked garlic is good for you. It contains some medical components. The better way to stay health is stay away from refined foods white sugar, white bread the list is endless. Yep!…Garlic and Honey works well in reducing high blood pressure.

Yes your friend is correct but how much should be taken is of importance. Excess of everything is bad. You should take only two pcs (approx 5 to 7gm) of raw garlic in the morning with alittle bred without butter or any thing.
