Eg, garlic is good for the heart, tomatoes help prevent cancer etc

Bananas contain large amounts of potassium which is a electrolyte and is good for your muscles health. Garlic has antioxidants. Yogurt has live cultures in it that helps with digestion. Potato’s contain carbs that energizes you.

well first of all all the things u have listen are natural products rather than chemically processed foods. natural things are always good for your body. Bananas contain potassium and some of the B vitamins. it slows ur nervous system a little but not noticeable usually. its a good source of nutrients that other fruits cant give you. i am not sure about garlic, i only heard that its really good for us. tomatoes have vitamin C, and yogurt is a source of calciuma nd vitamins A and D. it is dairy that is needed in a good healthy diet. Lettuce seems kind of pointless as its just leaves, but romane lettuce has lots of vitamin K which is good for digestive organs and K is not that ealisy found in everyhting. Celery is not as helpful i think, usually ppl want to eat it because body burns more calories eating and digesting it than it contains. and finally potatoes are carbohydrates, which provide essential energy to the body. people need carbohygrates to have the energy to function, however there are bad ones and good ones. sugar is not so good because the energy from it runs out really quickly and the calories have a greater chance of turning into fat. while whole grain stuff and brown rice and potatoes bring energy that stays in the body for longer (so u dont get hungry too quick) and are less likely to be turned into fat.

you can always research this kind of stuff, there is tons of into in the internet just dont get too carried away with this healthy eating. u still gotta enjoy the sweets and chocolate sometime :P

They each contain either a vitamin or electrolyte or a substance that helps the body. For example, bananas contain potassium, which is an electrolyte and helps to keep you body’s fluid levels in balance. Yogurt has active cultures that help regulate the pH of your system. Garlic and tomatoes have antioxidants the fight free radicals.
Now lettuce and celery actually have no nutritional value as they are made up of mostly water.
