Garlic good for health but how do you take it?

Ive read that garlic is great for immunity and the heart etc.
But how are you suppossed to benefit from it, by taking it raw or cooked? etc

It’s delicioue used in sauces and soups, home made salad dressings.
It’s best to eat it fresh, but if you don’t like the taste you can buy preparations at a health food store or pharmacyu.

taking it cooked will be better…coz eating it raw is bit of an effort..!
cook it and eat them ..u wont even come to know..;)

Absolutely cook it. Just be mindful that it burns quite easily. Add it to the pan as one of your last ingredients. Bon appetite!

It’s not that nice to eat raw but lovely when it’s cooked in food. Try and add it to your cooking wherever you can. You can also buy garlic capsules from the chemist and health food shops if you want to take it more often.

Sauted with meats veggie pizza pasta , raw . GARLIC is full of antioxidants, it cleanses parassites and bacteria from the colon Garlic scares the little Draculas` away. hahahahahha GO FOR IT I am from Roma Italy I am very healthy trust me go for it Another food for the GODS.
