This is a series about the wonderful ways the Lord has provided for our healing. The leaves are for the healing of the nations. He wants us dependant on Him and His ways not on man!

My late Grandmother …
My late Grandmother from N. Carolina had knowledge of herbs and healing. Half of her people were Cherokees. When one of her daughters(my Auntie) was seriously ill with double pneumonia(both lungs) the doctors sent her home to die, and the elders took over(praying in the faith of God) using the wisdom and natural medicine that God gave them, and she completely recovered(she’s almost 80 now, and has more energy then I do, lol).
The older past …
The older past generation in my family were fervent prayer warriors, and also they had knowledge of natural medicine. Water consumption is very important too. We must be prayerful about using herbs, because in some cases herbs can cause some damage. But Christians should avoid Marijuana, and other drugs that induces highs, there just isn’t any justification for that( it attracts demonic spirits). God Bless you sister!

Interesting just yesterday I read an email from a dear brother that wrote on the topic of the gift of the Holy Spirit and divine healing and the need for God power to heal the sick and the bondage to the sytem of mammon that is linked to the pharmaceutical drug companies and also the goverment and health care coverage. This is a very relevant topic for our times and the next few years.
