Cayenne For the Heart
Posted by admin on Sep 12, 2009
While a lot of people don’t know this, Cayenne pepper is actually one of the most beneficial herbs that exist. This heart health herb is great for anyone who has issues with either heart disease or their cardiovascular system. Anyone who wants to see a dramatic improvement upon their heart health should really be taking this heart natural remedy. The reason why you probably haven’t heard about this is that pharmaceutical companies have spent billions of dollars on heart disease care, research and learning how to fight cancer. In fact, Cayenne could eliminate the need for the number-one-selling medication in the United States today: Lipitor. For this reason, pharmaceutical companies don’t want you to know about herbs for heart health.
The National Heart Foundation has records showing that 479,000 men and women in the United States die of coronary heart disease each year. This is because Western medicine has derided heart homeopathic interventions for this disease. It would be best for both Western medicine and homeopathic medicine to join together in their use of herbs for heart disease.
What Cayenne Is
Most people recognize Cayenne as a potent condiment that is used in cooking. However, this is also one of the many heart disease herbs that exist today. This is true of both the American variety (Capsicum Minimum) and the African Birdseye Cayenne (Capsicum Fastigiatum). While the American variety has large fruit or pods growing on herb-sized plants, the African Birdseye Cayenne is more pungent and has small, yellowish red pods.
The real value of Cayenne is as a heart health herb that can be used for treating heart attacks, heart disease, high and low blood pressure, as well as a number of other heart problems too. Furthermore, this heart herb is a stimulant, meaning that it activates, accentuates and carries other herbs too.
Cayenne Pepper’s Health Benefits
Cayenne Pepper has an immediate effect on your circulatory system. It helps to feed vital elements into your cell structure (arteries, capillaries and veins) so that your blood pressure will be adjusted to a normal level. At the same time, it also helps to clean your arteries too.
The Effects of Taking Cayenne Pepper
Dr. John Christopher is a famous natural herbalist who discovered that he was able to instantly stop a heart attack by getting the patient to drink a glass of warm cayenne water. When many people began to realize that this heart cure actually worked, they began referring to Cayenne as a “miracle herb.” Taking a tablespoon of Cayenne in a glass of warm water on a regular basis can dramatically improve upon the health of your heart and veins. This natural Heart Cure should be seen as great news for more than 700,000 Americans who experience a stroke every year as well as the countless others who are suffering from heart disease. After all, this cure is as close as your local grocery store.
Side Effects of Cayenne Pepper
As with any other medication or herb for the heart, Cayenne pepper does have some side effects that are important to know about. To begin with, whenever you first start to drink this Cayenne pepper drink you will feel a burning sensation throughout your body. While this may not sound all that pleasant, you must remember that this drink is very beneficial to you. Not only will it help you with your heart health, but it can also clear up hemorrhoids as well. However, if you would like to lessen the heat that you will feel whenever taking this heart extract, then you should start off by only taking a half of a teaspoon of Cayenne in lukewarm water. You can also start off with even less of this heart alternative if you would like to do so. Regardless of how you choose to get started, make sure that you have a glass of cold water nearby to drink after the Cayenne drink as drinking the cold water will lessen the heat you feel. Of course, this herb for the heart is also available as a capsule.
Some people also suggest combining lemon with this Cayenne drink as it will help with fast metabolism. They also believe that it will help you to burn fat at the same time. While the fat burning factor is debatable, the lemon does make the Cayenne a bit more palatable. Nevertheless, regardless of how you drink this concoction, make sure that you do this on a daily basis so that the benefits are noticeable and your body will be able to acclimate to this drink quickly. In a few months you will find yourself being able to drink this without much discomfort at all.
It is also possible to go on a Cayenne fruit diet. However, drinking this concoction is not only easy but also quite convenient.
Outside of the heat, there haven’t been any significant side effects reported by those who are using this heart herb. Of course, you don’t want to overdo it because like anything else, this simply is unhealthy for you to do. Otherwise there are no other health side effects but you will still want to use your own discretion and wisdom while using this heart herbal.
Conclusion
Cayenne is a great condiment that a lot of chefs are using today but its true benefits lie in its medicinal properties. Slowly but surely the general public is becoming more and more aware of these benefits. This is because many people are becoming quite disheartened by Western medicine. So, anyone who is concerned with their heart health or who is already suffering from heart problems really should add Cayenne to their diet on a daily basis. This herb for the heart can greatly improve upon your heart health. After all, Cayenne really is one of the best herbs in the world.
Would you sample this recipe? I would! Haggis sounds interesting. :)?

Haggis Ingredients:
- 1 sheep’s stomach (preferably fresh)
- Heart, liver, kidneys and lungs of a sheep (preferably from the same sheep. The sheep will thank you! Well, probably not the one who’s missing all its internal organs)
- Salt and pepper
- White cayenne pepper
- Nutmeg (everybody likes a little sweetness!)
- 2 onions, chopped
- 6 ounces toasted oatmeal (???…must be a Scottish thing?)
- 1 pound beef suet (not duet)
- Three-fourths pint of stock (A little known Scottish phrase for "a generous helping of scotch so you can eat this stuff!")
I’m a traveler so I’ve eaten foods from the following countries: Japan, Spain, Italy, France, Turkey, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Puerto Rico, South Korea, Alaska, Guam and the Philippines. ![]()
The first time i ever even heard of Haggis was in that movie "So I Married an Axe Murderer." Now that you tell me what it is.. I have reason to be grossed out. I don’t eat internal organs.

my product is pepper suace/liquid(chilli)with non colesterol and the african pepper is free from chemicals and fetelizers with that sharp apitising taste and never ending flevour pure and make the dish just up to perfection with its glitering complection.tasted by the tongues of the locals and enjoyed by the nationals this pepper/chilli is made to suite any and every body with or without alegics or other site effects due to the new generation cayenne pepper souce which has even been prescribed by doctors for its high medicinal value for a healthy heart condition.do not hasitate to be part of this great taste
First of all you have to make your product available at all the leading stores around India, which would give you an answer whether there is any market for the product or not. at the stores the product becomes available for everybody other wise the product will sell only through word of mouth and will become accepted only to the local market. Later you can either contact me (as I work for a trade commission) or you can go to any embassy and ask for their list of contacts who want to import some products from other countries. You can also work through website and see for yourself different importers and distributors for other countries.

What is FORD talking about…"excitement of an SUV"?
Posted by admin on Oct 20, 2009
Have you seen the new Ford commercial, with the guy supposed to be all depressed looking at his normal car, and then comes the line about the "excitement of an SUV", along with the bogus claim that it gets the same mpg as a car.
Our 4-Banger Honda CRV at best, only gets 21-22PMG, and has provided about as much excitement as a heart attack, as well as every SUV/Truck I have ever driven, or been a passenger of. That "sport" in front of the UV may apply to something like a $100K Porsche Cayenne, but not an Escape from Ford.
well your crv is a foregn pile of junk… I have a 4 cylinder escape and i get about 26-27 mpg…
Im really into juicing but sometimes I overdo and freak out I drank 8 ounces of pure beet juice is it safe?
Posted by admin on Oct 16, 2009
I mixed it with 15 ounces of carrot juice and threw in an apple. I know this is very healthy but I read pure beet juice can cause hives increased heart rate and Vocal cord paralysis you can see how this can scare someone it also made me throw up. I drink juice all the time and are usally fine sometimes I am A health nut and overkill its been 2 hours since i drank it im ok but is this true about beet juice? I usually drink like 8 ounces of carrot and 8 ounces of apple juice and feel great but today the beets made me sick then I read about them and got real paranoid any experience with this is this just crap. Only other bad experience i had was i drank broccoli juice and also take cayenne pepper these are both blood thinners i got dizzy and felt weird for hours. My fear is concentrated juice can become a drug because of the natural photochemicals?
I will add that 20 ounces is just one large glass so i din not think it was an overkill.
I do not think it is safe. You said that you were a health nut, I prefer to think that you are just a NUT.

house go and got a note late last night that my apartment is coming on the morning to inspect..will need to be up all night. My wrist was hurting and I looked and a vein was bulging and purplish.. It is about 1/2 to 3/4 inch across and I am scared it will harm me like make me have a heart attack or something but I can’t leave and go to hospital as I will get kicked out. is it anything to worry about. I took cayenne and put it on there and garlic tincture, Hawthorne, and horse chestnut and butcher’s broom..what should I do to make it go away. Is there a danger of it breaking off and causing a stroke or something or is it nothing. Please help as I am starting to panic..I am worried and yet do not want to get kicked out.
I called a 24 hour nurse line and she said it did not sound like a blood clot as these were not visible. It was huge like a snail sitting on my wrist but purplish.
A little while after I used the cayenne, hawthorne, horse chestnut asnd butcher’s boom, it sunk back down in my wrist
The nuirse thought maybe I brusied it. I have no remembrance of hitting it or pain prior to it started hurting and on looking this bulging arteries was there. I put ion some arnicas. Today (next day) I have a very noticeable bruise about 4 inches by 2 inches on my wrist so I must have done something to hirt it and cause this but I do not remember banging it on anything but I was greatly relieved after talking to the nurse and continue to get my work done,,,a bruise will go away and I am so glad it was not a blood clot My wrist hurts today some too. Thanks for your help
Edit to irvina..I did not know some of the things you suggested but I 100% know cayenne can stop heart attacks in progress as my mom who was on dialysis had 9 heart attacks in the last year with three of them in the 2 weeks till her last killed her about ten day ago.
The dose is 5 dropperfuls
You may want to look in the yellow pages under "hospitals." Some usually have a nurse line to call, and they can give advice on what you should do.
Do you believe in the latest findings about diet and sex..? Your thoughts!?

Fish (Including Oysters): Fatty fish like oysters, salmon, scallops and sardines are loaded with healthful monounsaturated fats called Omega 3s. And they carry a hefty dose of testosterone boosting zinc, too.
Alcohol (Champagne): So you’ve already heard the buzz that a daily glass of red (or white for that matter) raises good cholesterol and helps prevent arteries from clogging. Just go easy. "Too much alcohol can reduce testosterone levels and sperm count," says Dix. All you’ll want to do in bed is sleep.
Whole Grains, Nuts and Seeds: Research shows that whole grains — especially oats — help lower cholesterol, keeping your arteries clean. Load up on foods heavy in healthful monounsaturated fats, vitamin E and zinc. "Each of these nutrients are linked with increased sexual desire," says Dix.
Vegetables: It’s no coincidence that fruits and vegetables have an erotic appearance. According to the Doctrine of Signatures, if a food resembles a particular body part, it aids that body part. "Asparagus is a phallic symbol," says Martha Hopkins, co-author of ‘Inter-Courses: An Aphrodisiac Cookbook.’ "Artichokes play hard to get — you have to get past the spiked leaves and prickly interior to get to the velvety-smooth heart." Next time you bite into a strawberry, see what it looks like!
Spices: The right spices not only heat things up on the tongue, but also in the bedroom. "Chili pepper and ginger help improve circulation," says Dix, "and hot spices like cayenne, curry and cumin help warm the body."
Chocolate: Don’t forget the chocolate, especially if you like it bitter. Cocoa is a stimulant that increases sensitivity. Now you have a certifiable reason to indulge in a square of a 70 percent chocolate bar. The favored dessert fix also contains methylxanthines, which stimulate the transmission of nerve signals.
Anything that enhances your health will enhance your sexual health, too. Partaking of wonderful, enjoyable food with the right someone is always stimulating too, as long as you don’t overeat and get that too full groggy uncomfortable feeling.
Can you please let me know where will the below available in Hyderabad/India?

Cheese Straws too spicy?
Posted by admin on Oct 10, 2009
Ok, this is a quick answer, as I need to start baking soon. I have a Christmas party tonight, so I volunteered to bring cheese straws. I’ve never made them before, but it seemed a simple enough recipe. So, I shredded a block of cheese, added all the ingredients as it called for it. It called for 2 teaspoons of crushed cayenne pepper.
Keep in mind, I’m from Louisiana, heart of spicy country. But, this, this was too much. I could eat them (I did a few tester ones on me and my husband just to make sure they came out right). They were too spicy for both of us, so I’m just wondering if there’s any way to mellow them out?
Also my recipe seems a bit not clumpy, as they don’t stick together unless I ball them up by hand. Is this normal? I’m considering adding a little bit more butter and flour to see if I can get them to stick more together.
Thanks!
It called for 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 of cayenne pepper. Next time I’ll have it, but right now is the time I’m worried about.
I’ll try adding half of the recipe more. maybe that’ll help some. Thanks!
2 teaspoons is A LOT !!!
I usually use like only half a tea-spoon!!
What about doubling your recipe? (everything aside from the pepper… just don’t add anymore pepper..)
